Habitat

[edit]

I took a picture of one of these guys in Oahu at Honolulu Airport. I'm close to 100% that it's this species and I realize that it's not endemic to Hawaii. There are no references to it being an introduced species in Hawaii but I do have that picture. Should I add that it may be found in Hawaii? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Green slash (talkcontribs) 18:52, 17 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

In captivity

[edit]

This article lacks a section on keeping these in captivity. They are an almost perfect terrarium animal, because they do not require a lot of space and will not try to climb out. I had a terrarium in a forty gallon fish tank, and one day I said to myself, "Maybe I should get a lizard for that." My cat heard me and brought me one of these the next day. (I am not kidding.) It was simple to keep it and feed it, and the lizard easily adapted to being watched. Wastrel Way (talk) 18:38, 14 August 2019 (UTC) Eric[reply]
